1. Overview
SMHelper - Social Media Helper is a social media tracking service that lets you track and follow social media references made about clients, prospects and people of interest. With SMHelper, you easily can accelerate your sales with instant research on Google News, Google Blogs and Twitter. It is integrated easily with salesforce.com, and reports, and updates can be delivered to you by email. If you are a socially aware and smart marketer, sales or management person, then SMHelper is the right tool for you!
2.Page Display
The first page that will be displayed on your screen when you visit http://www.smhelper.com/ is the home page, as you can see below.
Top Panel
In the top panel, there is the SMHelper logo and links to registration and sign in.
A click on the logo always will take you to homepage, thus the logo acts as a link to the homepage. The registration link is for first time users who have not registered to use the product. The sign in link is for existing users who already have registered to use SMHelper.
Grey Panel
The grey panel is home to several links, which include About Us, Demo Video, Pricing and Contact.
The About Us link will give you information about the software and an overview of how the software operates. The Demo Video link will give you a demonstration of the software functionality. By clicking on the Pricing link, you can view pricing information for SMHelper. In case you would like more information on the software or you have any inquiries, the Contact link enables you to do so. On the same panel, there is a Register link, which also serves the same purpose as the registration link above.
Left Panel
The left panel has a brief overview of the software, and below the overview the link "Join" is also used for registration.
Right Panel
There are some samples of reports/documents from salesforce.com on the right panel. This will give you a feel of the SMHelper integration with salesforce.com. Below the documents, the green demo button, shows a demonstration of the software when clicked.
Page Footer
At the left corner, there is Copyright information and Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. It is important to read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use because we value your privacy.
At the center of the page footer, there is also an icon/link " FOLLOW US ON TWITTER", clicking on the that, will take you to SMHelper Twitter page, where you can follow what people are commenting on about SMHelper.

How much does it cost to have an account?
Pricing is very simple. You pay USD 4.95 per month via PayPal subscription for every account you create.
How many people can use an account?
Each account can be used by one person.
Do you offer a 30-day free trial period?
No, however, SMHelper lets you try the system for up to 20 alerts for free.
Can I cancel my account any time I feel like?
You can cancel at any time with no hassles. You'll be billed month-to-month unless you cancel, in which case you won’t be billed again. Period.
Will my billing be based on the number of people or companies I track?
No! Track all you want — it's all included. Billing is only per user/account - we don't charge, track or calculate any fees based on usage, followings or actions performed.
How do I change my profile settings?
You can change your profile settings to receive email updates and/or receive Salesforce task updates. This can be done by clicking on the profile link. The page display is shown below.
What type of an account can I set up?
You can set up an account just for yourself or a subscription with an account for each member of your whole team.
How do I manage my subscriptions?
Your subscriptions are managed from the screen below in your profile. From that screen, you can select the number of users/accounts in your team that will be using the software to view your monthly charges. To activate your subscription you need to pay the subscription fee via PayPal. The same screen also can be used to unsubscribe, to manage your users, as well as add new users to your subscription.
