Billing-

Want to downgrade, upgrade, cancel, or just have a billing question? This section is for you!

Overview

Billing is the overall amount of money that you are required to pay for subscribing to use SMHelper on a monthly basis. The amount payable depends on the number of users/accounts you have subscribed to use the software.

1) How is the billing process done?

It is very simple, you will be required to pay US $4.95 per month via PayPal subscription for each account you create.

2) Does this mean that, for instance, if I have 19 users working under me, I will have to create 19 different accounts and make a subscription for each?

Yes and no. You will have to create 20 different accounts (you plus 19 other people), but you would be part of the same subscription.  If your account is superuser@account.com and you have 19 users plus you, you would pay a total of US $99.00 per month for the subscription, which includes all the users/accounts.

3) Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?

You can upgrade your subscription by adding users. To do this, you need to go to the "Manage Subscription" page and add the number of users you wish. You can use this page to downgrade your subscription by removing the number of users you wish.

4) What will happen if I delay my monthly subscription payment by some few days?

Our subscriptions are paid via a Paypay subscription.  So, it is not possible to delay the payment as it is all automated.

5) In case I decide to remove or add some users in the middle of the month, how will it affect my subscription? Will I still be billed the full amount of money or just a percentage of what the user used?

In this scenario you will still be obligated to pay for a whole month subscription.

6) Do I need to give a warning, if and when I want to cancel my subscription?

No, you don't need to give any warning.  You can cancel your subscription at anytime, as there are no commitments involved.
